- Accommodation in a 3-star houseboat in Srinagar with breakfast and dinner.
- Accommodation in a 3-star hotel in Pahalgam.
- Welcome drink on arrival.
- Two free mineral water bottles on arrival day.
- Chauffeur-driven Travera / Qualis / Tempo Traveller for pick-up, drop-off and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
Exclusions
- Air, train or bus fare from/to your originating city.
- Tips and personal expenses.
- Any additional food other than specified.
- Any additional sightseeing other than the fixed program.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the “Package Inclusions” section.
- Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, pony/horse rides, helicopter rides, etc.
- Gondola ride charges.
- Expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as flight delay/cancellation, fare hikes, strikes, natural calamities or emergency evacuation expenses.
- For Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonmarg, local transportation may need to be taken for local sightseeing trips.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 18 days or more before the arrival date: A 25% retention charge will apply. The remaining 75% of the booking amount will be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 18 days before the arrival date: A 100% cancellation charge will apply, and no refund will be issued.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy is intended to balance the needs of our guests with the operational commitments associated with each booking.
